Return Policy

Coombs Cycling Technologies LLC Return Policy, January 1, 2011

Sales through Retailers-If you are not satisfied with your purchase after attempting to resolve the concern with an authorized Axle Release Dealer in person, please contact Coombs Cycling Technologies via email at support@axlerelease.comWhen you email, please have your proof of purchase (receipt) and applicable dealer information including Business Name, Address (including city, state/province, zip), and phone number ready. If your product is deemed faulty and cannot be easily repaired through replacement parts, a Return Authorization may be issued by CCT to you and your dealer via fax and/or email. Upon returning the faulty product in its entirety with an accompanying proof of purchase and CCT issued return authorization, you will be issued a new comparable Axle Release product by your dealer. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the replacement to arrive if dealer does not have applicable product in stock. All returns must be received by CCT within 30 days of return authorization issuance.

Returns of new product in sellable condition sold by retailers- If your Axle Release product was purchased from an authorized retailer and is in new, sellable condition (has not been opened or altered) it may or may not be returned at the discretion of the retailer and their applicable store policies in conjunction with applicable local, state/province, federal, or international laws.

Sales through www.axlerelease.com-If you purchased your product from www.axlerelease.com, please contact Coombs Cycling Technologies through the above email addresses or phone numbers. We will need to be notified that your product is being returned for evaluation. We will also need to open a file and acquire your contact information. Upon receipt of the faulty axle release product, it will be evaluated by a CCT service center representative. If the product is deemed faulty, necessary replacement parts or a new comparable Axle Release product may be sent to you free of charge at the discretion of CCT. Customers are responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges to send product back to Coombs Cycling Technologies at 520 North Main, suite 304, Heber City, UTAH, USA, 84032 for evaluation. Coombs Cycling Technologies will be responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges to send warranty replacement parts or product back to the consumer. After your product has been evaluated, you will receive an email, fax, or written correspondence with the findings of our evaluation. If your product is deemed to not be faulty, any applicable shipping and handling charges to return the product to you will be your responsibility. After shipping and handling charges are paid by credit card, your Axle Release will be shipped to you within 24 business hours.

Returns of new product in sellable condition purchased from CCT- If your Axle Release product was purchased from www.axlerelease.com and is in new sellable condition (has not been opened or altered) it may be returned under the following conditions:

a)       Customer must contact CCT to acquire a return authorization number.

b)      Customer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling costs to return the product to Coombs Cycling Technologies, 520 North Main, Suite 304, Heber City, UT, 84032

c)       Product passes inspection as re-sellable product.

d)      Credit issued to applicable credit card(s) within 24-48 business hours of product receipt.

e)       Product returns subject to 25% restock fee.

If your product is neither deemed as re-sellable nor faulty, you will be responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges to return the product to you. After shipping and handling charges are paid by credit card, your Axle Release will be shipped to you within 24 business hours.
